Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Costs and Options
 

  • Free Shipping: Orders within 70 miles of our location are eligible for free shipping.

  • Long-Distance Shipping: Orders outside of the 70-mile radius will be shipped through trusted carriers. Shipping costs for long-distance deliveries will be covered by the client and will be disclosed during checkout.

  • Additional Fees: We’re not responsible for any building or HOA fees like gate or elevator booking fees.

  • Exceptions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs, and additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
     

Delivery Process
 

  1. Shipping Confirmation: We’ll send an email once your order has shipped.

  2. Local Delivery Agent: Your order will be handed off to a local delivery team.

  3. Schedule Delivery: The local team will contact you to set a delivery date and time.

  4. Check Your Order: Inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If there’s damage, let us know right away.
     

Delivery Methods
 

  • Curbside Delivery: The team unloads and places your order on the curb outside your home.

  • Basic Drop-Off: Your order is left outside your home (front door, porch, or garage).

  • Inside Home Entrance: Delivery team brings your order to your home’s entryway.

  • Backyard Delivery: Items are delivered to a location in your backyard (no need to enter your home).

  • Room of Choice: The team places your item(s) inside, in the room of your choice.

  • Full Service Delivery: We’ll bring your item inside, assemble it, and remove the packaging.
     

Storage Before Delivery
 

If you need to store your item for up to 15 days before delivery, we can hold it for you. After 15 days, your order will be scheduled for the next available delivery. Return fees apply if not delivered after the 15-day storage period. Please contact us if you need to arrange storage.
