
Return Policy
General Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. The items must be unused and in their original condition. If the packaging is damaged, use a similar-sized box (no longer than 9 feet). If the item was delivered disassembled, return it disassembled. If packaging was removed during delivery, no packaging is required. If we do not receive the returned item at our location, we may reverse the refund. Some payment methods (like financing) may not be eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return an item for store credit and then place a new order. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, while store credit takes 24 hours. You can order the new item before or after receiving your refund.
Bathtubs, Bathroom Vanities, & Cabinets You can return these items within 48 hours of delivery, as long as they are not installed and are still in original packaging. Some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee. Before installation, inspect the item for damage, ensure the product matches your order, and check that it’s in good condition. If the wrong or damaged item is delivered, do not accept it and contact us for a replacement. Once installed, items cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@skylinebuildersgrp.com or call 747-329-5798. Provide the invoice number and the item to return. Complete the online return form we send you, including the return and refund method. You will receive confirmation and return instructions, along with any necessary labels. If you choose "Drop-off," bring the item to our location. If you choose "Pick-up," a carrier will arrange to collect the item from your address. You may be offered a discount to keep the item instead of returning it—this offer cannot be changed.
Return Shipping Fees
You’ll pay for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund. Fees depend on the item’s size, weight, and return method. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. If you refuse delivery, return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Time Refunds will be processed once we receive the item. It typically takes 3-5 business days, but in some cases, up to 2 weeks.
Canceling a Return

Return Methods
FedEx Drop-Off: Use the original box or a similar-sized box. Attach the return label and drop it off at a FedEx location. Packages over 55lbs must be taken to a FedEx office. FedEx Pickup: Use the original packaging, attach the return label, and FedEx will pick up the package from your address (you don’t need to be home). Large Parcel Pickup: Choose from different pickup options:

Outside your front door: Items are collected from outside your home or building.

Inside your doorway: Items are collected from inside your home, with a 30-minute notice from the driver.

Backyard: Items are picked up from your backyard. Ensure the path is clear and the item is disassembled.

Room of Choice: Items are collected from any room you choose, with a 30-minute notice from the driver.

White Glove Pickup: Items are collected from your room, disassembled, and repackaged for you.
